Beer created from an idea of “Saison” style, then embellished by the use of an autochthonous white grape (Nuragus), which brings nuances of white flowers, hints of green apple and delicate citrus notes, with a decidedly dry and thirst-quenching finish.
The hops selected to produce BB5 go in the same direction, facilitating the emergence of citrus and white flower scents.
In short, a beer designed specifically to fight the “calama” (in Campidano, the sultry and muggy heat), which marked the long hot summer of 2017, the year in which it was designed and made for the first time.
